Fulfillment Policy
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on consulting or coaching service purchases. However, if you have paid a deposit to be a mentorship/coaching client but have yet to be onboarded, and you and Dr. Daa’iyah both determine the program not to be a good fit after an initial decision call, a refund of any monies will be processed within ten (10) business days.
DELIVERY POLICY
Once a mentorship/coaching program or consulting service is purchased using Stripe or other 3rd party payment website, we schedule appointments to deliver those services within seven (7) business days. Any delay in delivery will be communicated directly to the client.
RETURN POLICY
A return policy is not applicable to mentorship and coaching services.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Client may only cancel a mentorship within 7 days of initial decision call, before contract signing and onboarding, only upon agreement of both parties. After mentorship coaching has officially started and the contract is signed, cancellations will not be accepted. Client may only temporarily pause their participation. Terms for that allowance are detailed in the contract agreement.
